QUALIFICATION OF WORKERS AS A GUARANTEE OF ADAPTATION TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE INNOVATIVE ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
The growing demands of the society and modern European standards of quality of transport services require constant improvement of the production and technical base and technological level of transportation, realization of strategic goals of the development of the railway. Successful operation of an enterprise in a competitive environment is ensured by the presence of highly developed potential, the element of which is the labor potential. In the article the features of improvement of the system of preparation and selection of qualification workers for the proper functioning of the railway enterprises in the conditions of its reform are explored.
