CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN AGRIBUSINESS COMPANIES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to such important issues as the essence, structure and role of corporate governance in the modern economy. The article presents the results of the research on corporate governance in the largest agricultural companies in Ukraine. Also areas of development and improvement of corporate governance are determined in the article.
