Quality in the proces of decision making credit

Abstract
This paper will refer to indicate whether an employee of the bank as a decision maker in the process of credit is appropriate to use data contained in your credit report. It consists of three elementary parts. The first addressed the quality is widely understood in relation to quality management and quality understood by the client. In the second part are described credit reports, what are their characteristics and why it matters in the credit process. The third part is an element of research and attempt to answer the hypothesis posed at the beginning to develop.
