QUALITY MANAGEMENT METHODS MAPS AS MECHANISMS OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT FLEXIBILITY AND ADAPTIVELY OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AT MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES BASED ON INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Abstract
In the article were developed methods and mechanisms for quality management of business processes methods maps at enterprises. Methods maps are the instruments for assurance of quality management systems flexibility and adaptability. Methods maps make possible to flexibly decide and adapt making the decisions based on alternative selection and optimization in the field of quality. In the work were developed the criteria for assurance the methods on the base on implementation time, on time for the effect waiting, on enterprises financial costs for the implementation of methods and others. It was made comparison of the dynamics and structure of certification of quality management systems international statistics of enterprises business processes. It was analyzed the international experience in quality management.
