Quality Of Service. Case Study: Puro Corazón Foundation, Cantón Durán; Ecuador

Abstract

The quality of service goes beyond meeting customer expectations, it is to offer, through a service, benefits that make life easier for customers, in this case for children and adolescents from the Duran canton in Ecuador. That is why the objective of this research is to implement strategies to increase the quality of service of the Pure Heart Foundation in the Duran-Ecuador Canton. This research was carried out from the perspective of positivism, with the quantitative paradigm, and a descriptive field modality. The population and the sample consisted of 79 people and children who benefit from the foundation. Data were obtained through observation and survey. The results showed the need to improve the services offered by the foundation in order to increase the benefits that they offer to the helpless children and adolescents of the Duran canton
