Quality of Work Life among Employees Working in Mahindra & Mahindra Auto Private Limited

Abstract
The most interesting approach in Motivation is the Quality of work life. QWL induces the employees to participate actively in molding and shaping the work environment accordingly. This helps employees working in the organization to be more effective that results in improved quality of work life. Thus, the Quality of Work Life can be referred to the level of involvement, commitment, motivation and the satisfaction of individuals who experience their lives at work predominantly. It depends upon demographic factors, personal factors, external and internal factors affecting both the employees as well as the organization. This research study reveals answers for all these questions. The samples were collected through questionnaires from 120 respondents from Mahindra & Mahindra Auto Private limited. Percentage Analysis, Chi-Square tests and ANOVA are the tools used for analyzing data. The finding of the study suggests when all these factors are considered: Good working environment, good welfare measures and benefits, career development and opportunities, Social recognition and high standard of living
