QUALITY PHYSICAL EDUCATION AS A SIGNIFICANT FACTOR IN THE REVIVAL OF UKRAINIAN STATEHOOD

Abstract
The authors talk about the state of physical education in Ukraine, about the current priorities of teaching physics in secondary school. It is noted that knowledge of physics is an important component of the General education of the person regardless of the scope of its activities. Suggested that the revival of physical education is a shared responsibility of teachers and scientists, and therefore to overcome the negative situation, it is necessary to hear and consider the views of the representatives of the pedagogical community about the vision and understanding of the problem of teaching physics in those schools in which they work. Stressed that the educational process in physics begins with a tutorial which is the symbol of the scientific age and reflects the science and the approaches to its definition, but because this tutorial is a starting point on the way from school knowledge on physics to the leading edge of physics research. Separate aspects of the author’s concept of a modern physics textbook.
