QUANTITATIVE CHANGES IN MOTOR ABILITIES AND SOME MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS UNDER INFLUENCE OF ADDITIONAL INDIVIDUAL TRAINING IN SOCCER
Journal Title: Sport Mont - Year 2010, Vol 0, Issue 21
Abstract
Since soccer game is conditioned by different positions and therefore with abilities of individual players in the team, a reasonable need was created for appliance of individual sports training to improve general and specific conditional readiness quality of each player in the team. This type of training completely presents aimed training effect on individual abilities of each player and thus efficacy results of entire team. The primary goal of this research is defining the level of quantitative changes of chosen variables for general motor ability and morphological characteristic estimation, apropos estimating the level of individual additional training effect on positive quantitative changes regarding anthropological status of soccer player transformation. The research was conducted parallel on two players, who were subject of separate individual training program. It is necessary to mention that the players are the same age (1988), representative qualities, but different positioning in the team. In this research, we applied program of 64 training units of individual additional training and monitored the influence of mentioned on positive transformations regarding general motor abilities and morphological characteristic quality and quantitative changes (based on diagnostic data in the beginning and at the end of applied individual training program). The results confirmed adequacy of applying this kind of training.
