Quantum mechanics calculation of the partial cross sections<br /> for He-HBr collision<br />

Abstract

The Barker potential-type (BFW) model and close-coupling approximate method are utilized to calculate the elastic and inelastic partial cross sections for He atom collision with HBr molecule of the ground state. The calculation is performed at the incident energies of 75,100 and 200meV, respectively. The law of changing of the state-to-state partial cross sections with the increase of quantum number has been obtained.
