QUESTIONS OF INTELLIGENCE OF FAMILY EXPECTIVE POTENTIAL, SCHOOLS AND PUBLIC IN THE GREAT BRITAIN GOVERNMENT POLICY

Abstract
The article deals with the illumination of experience of Great Britain in organized the participating of parents, teachers and public in management of school education. Genesis of becoming of this participation is traced, the basic forms of its realization are considered. It is found out, that most full the marked participation will be realized by creation school-boards, paternal and teaching associations that operate on a national and local level.
