QUEUING SYSTEM OF THE BOOKSTORE

Abstract

The article deals with the research of modern queuing systems. Their main characteristics are highlighted. Based on the analysis, the queuing system has been developed and simulated a ten-hour day of the bookstore, which receives two application streams – directly from customers and a new product, and also contains seven service channels. The proposed system is implemented and investigated in the Simulink environment. This queuing system can be the basis for other similar systems.
