QUISTE ODONTOGÉNICO INFLAMATORIO: REPORTE DE CASO

Abstract
Este reporte de caso discute el manejo de un quiste radicular grande usando técnicas actuales de cirugía periapical asociadas con el uso de modificación Técnicas de regeneración tisular guiada (GTR) Frente a la persistencia de esta lesión crónica se tiene como opción realizar un tratamiento de conducto y también la cirugía periapical. Reporte de caso: Paciente de género femenino con necrosis pulpar de la pieza dentaria 22 con lesión periapical crónica exacerbada en el ápice radicular. El presente se manejó con cirugía periapical y regeneración guiada. Conclusiones: Se evidencio un resultado favorable en cicatrización y regeneración mediante hueso liofilizado.
