Abstract

In the field of power systems development for spacecrafts of low orbits 700-800 km the use of silicon solar cells is still feasible nowadays. They differ particularly economical compared to solar cells A3B5 based on multilayer structures. In this work represented experimental research of a solar cell structure for space applications with n + - p - p + conducted under the influence of a stream of accelerated electrons and compared with results from previous laboratory experiments.
