РАДЯНСЬКІ ОСВІТНІ ПЕРЕТВОРЕННЯ В ЗАКАРПАТСЬКІЙ ОБЛАСТІ 1946-1950 рр.: ІДЕОЛОГІЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ

Abstract
The article deals with the educational reform of Soviet power in the Transcarpathian region of 1946-1950. Based on previously unpublished documents, the author investigates the situation of education in Transcarpathia in the first post-war years. He indicates the restoration by the Soviet state of the educational institutions, the process of training, staffing of schools. Separately, the reorganization of the education system is considered: the introduction of compulsory seven-year education, the expansion of secondary education, the creation of a network of institutions of secondary specialized education, the establishment of Uzhhorod University. At the same time, it points to the ideologization of education, the transition to Soviet curricula and educational programs, power control and pressure on Transcarpathian intellectuals. The author points out the changes in the apparatus of the Transcarpathian Regional Department of Education in comparison with the period of Transcarpathian Ukraine - the creation of sectors of schools, orphanages, preschool institutions, personnel, special, planned, administrative and economic. Attention was paid to the regional meeting of the workers of the national education of the region, which took place in Uzhgorod in January 1946. She played a significant role in the transition to a new Soviet education system. Ideological and political education of teachers should have been promoted by the institute for the improvement of teachers' qualifications, special scientific-methodical meetings, conferences, seminars for school leaders and teachers of all levels. The exchange of experience with teachers of Soviet Ukraine and other republics should also contribute to the faster integration of Transcarpathia into the educational space of the Soviet Union. Obligatory became the primary party cells in schools. Teachers and students of the university were also under the close attention of the party leadership. Evidence is the March 1947 decree of the Transcarpathian Regional Committee of the KP (b) U "On Teaching Social Sciences at Uzhgorod University". The ideological and political upbringing of young people was entrusted to the department of Marxism-Leninism. Under the flurry of Bolshevik criticism, teachers of the University P. Smyyann, F. Patushniak, M. Lelekach, E. Condor came to the wrong ideological teaching.
