Radzenie sobie z niepewnością w podejmowaniu decyzji strategicznych. Przegląd koncepcji i metod

Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono metody identyfikacji strategii firmy w warunkach niepewności. Za możliwe i celowe uznano stosowanie scenariuszowej metody planowania strategicznego i metody opcji rzeczowych. Innym sposobem jest formułowanie tzw. prostych reguł działania organizacji zamiast tradycyjnie rozumianej strategii. Największy potencjał w tym zakresie autor widzi w formułowaniu strategii w języku zasobów, nakierowanej na wykorzystywanie okazji.
