Raport o zarządzaniu w spółdzielni – przed, w trakcie i po wystąpieniu sytuacji kryzysowej

Abstract
Niniejszy raport, zgodnie z przedstawionym celem głównym oraz celami szczegółowymi, dotyczy zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem – spółdzielnią pracy; przedstawia jej zarys organizacyjny i formalno-prawny. Ze względu na specyfikę formy zarządzania tego typu organizacją, opartego w dużej mierze na partycypacji pracowniczej, raport pokazuje również istotę pracy w spółdzielni. Pokazano kolejno: stan, w jakim znajdowała się organizacja do chwili wystąpienia sytuacji kryzysowej, czynniki zewnętrze i wewnętrzne, które niewątpliwie wpłynęły na rozłożone w czasie budowanie i pogłębianie sytuacji kryzysowej, fazy przejścia – ze stanu narastającego kryzysu w stan następujących po sobie zmian nakierowanych na likwidację przyczyn sytuacji kryzysowej. Podsumowanie raportu obrazuje stan obecny organizacji, wynikły ze zmian, jakie w niej nastąpiły, oraz uwarunkowania zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne, które stale mają wpływ na sposób zarządzania spółdzielnią.
