Ratio of human rights and people's rights in the theoretical heritage of the Ukrainian opposition movement of the 1960-1980's

Abstract
The urgency of the research determines the existence of a problem of the relationship between human rights, the rights of peoples and the rights of national minorities, and their weak development of legal opinion. Goal. The purpose of the article is, based on the analysis of the historical and legal heritage of Ukrainian dissidents, to trace the process of formation and to generalize their views on the relation of individual and collective rights. Method. In determining the content of the concepts of human rights and people's rights, the method of analysis was used, and their correlation was investigated by means of synthesis. In the study of the scientific work of Ukrainian dissidents in order to maximally objectively interpret the method of hermeneutics was used. Results. The dissidents argued that only within the limits of their own national state, which creates with the help of the legal framework the appropriate mechanisms for the protection and protection of human rights, and in the event of their violation, bears the responsibility to the international community, the effective realization of the rights and freedoms of each person and citizen. Scientific novelty. The research traces the evolution and reveals the main postulates of the Ukrainian opposition movement on the issue of the balance of individual and national rights. Practical significance. The study will promote the development of Ukrainian legal science and law enforcement practices in the field of the provision and protection of individual and collective human rights.
