Rationale for indicator quality of integrated information security system

Abstract

The justification of index of functional quality of the system of informational security in structural departments of Government service of emergency situations of Ukraine is carried out. Basic parameters which can influence on qualitative work of SSI are determined. These parameters assess the cost of its projecting and allow making such its variant of realization which will better for constant functioning of is of rescue service.
