Rationale for the centrated approach in the management process of the enterprise

Abstract
The article presents methodological recommendations on the formation of a centrated approach in the management process in cycles of activation of innovation activity and the formation of programs for developing the impact of interactive techniques and technologies on the personnel of the enterprise. An understanding of the potential for the intellectual development of personnel at the enterprise and the justification of grouping of the controlled indicators with an eye to the level of the innovative ability of the enterprise are offered. The strategy of determining the composition of psychological indicators, establishing monitoring parameters and the features of the formation of centrated interaction mechanism in personnel management is presented.
