READINESS OF THE FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS FOR WORK WITH HOMELESS CITIZENS

Abstract
The article is theoretical study of the problem of the essence and basic components of readiness of future social workers to work with homeless citizens. The author explains the possibilities of higher school in the process of forming of this professional quality. The Readiness to activity develops on the basis of mastering of general and professional knowledge, forming of abilities and skills, improvement of the formed professionally important internalss of personality. Readiness to the that or other type of activity is a manifestationof personality, that includes her beliefs, looks, relations, reasons, feelings, volitional and intellectual internalss, knowledge, skills, abilities, discipling. It develops in process of moral, psychological, professional and physical preparation. This is the result of comprehensive personality development to meet the requirements due to the peculiarities of professional activity. «Readiness of social workers to work with homeless citizens» is the dynamic integral state of personality of future social worker, internal attitude, sent to creation of optimal terms for stabilizing of the state of health, support of the emotional and psychological state of face of homeless citizen. The readiness of social workers to work with homeless citizens includes the following components: motivational, cognitive, emotional and activity. This components characterized ability of specialists successfully to execute professional functions and duties. In particular, it is found out, that a motivational component includes the system of reasons of future professional work with this category of clients (interests, ideals, persuasions and others like that). The cognitive component of readiness is characterized by the system of knowledge, ideas about essence, main-tenance, forms of social work with homeless citizens. The emotional component of readiness is characterized through realization of necessity of overcoming of difficulties, submission of the actions to the aim to activity positive orientation of student on the decision of difficult professional tasks. The activity component of readiness consists in a capture a student the system of practical actions and abilities related to practical social work with homeless citizens. Process of forming of readiness at higher school of long duration and includes not only mastering of knowledge from corresponding disciplines but also realization of additional measures. In particular, these can be thematic to training employments, aimed at development of development of appropriate rice (empathy, communicativeness, low level of conflict) and abilities to work with homeless citizens.
