РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ МІТКОВОГО ПЕРЕТВОРЮВАЧА ВИТРАТИ ГАЗУ В СКЛАДІ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНО- ВИМІРЮВАЛЬНОГО КАНАЛУ ЕТАЛОННОЇ ДЗВОНОВОЇ УСТАНОВКИ “ТЕМПО-3”

Abstract
In the article the information-measuring channel implementation of threshold sensitivity control on the primary transducer of the label-type element is proposed. The experiments results are presented which testify to the prospect of further research of primary converters on the developed method basis. It is shown that the proposed informationmeasuring channel can be used both independently and in the composition of automated control systems. The transformation block diagrams of information-measuring signals into the amount of the current flow rate of the channel in the composition of the calibration unit have been developed. One of the disadvantages of the converters implementation for gaseous and liquid media, based on the use of a labeltype element, is the use of materials for the dimensional elements production, the density of which is several orders of magnitude higher than the measuring medium density. In addition, typical implementations of primary converter costs are based on the use of components with nonlinear characteristics that undergo changes during operation, which results in distortion of measurement signals. One of the promising options for solving these problems is to improve and search for new constructive measuring elements implementations of the label transducers for the gas flow s media and methods for the measuring signals formation and processing. In the implementation of information measuring channels in computer verification, attestation and parameters control of the gas volume conversion most often use such types of converters as rotary, drum, membrane, turbine and float, which are additionally equipped with specialized technical solutions for the formation of information-measuring signals, usually pulsed. It should be noted that the functioning of said primary converters in the information-measuring channels of energy accounting and consumption systems is characterized by the presence of signal distortions due to unevenness of the movement of the measured element, as well as the presence of operational interference. Also, the common inadequacies should be the significant inertia of the dimensional element, which is due to the use of materials with a density, which is several orders of magnitude higher than the density of the measured medium. To realize the conversion of the fluctuations of the pressure drop due to the spherical label displacement, the acoustic oscillation converter WM-034B from Panasonic was used. Such a device is characterized by resistance to vibrations and amplitude-frequency characteristics, which are linear in the measured range. The pulse waveform circuits for measuring the volume and volume of gas consumption in said converters are based on the use of additional generating components, in particular in turbine and float type converters, the stability of which directly affects the accuracy of the formation of information-measuring signals and leads to additional power consumption. The obtained results testify to the prospect of further study of the proposed method and the implementation of converters on its basis. It should be noted that constructive simplicity, overall dimensions, small relative uncertainty, and also high speed of measuring data formation, which is especially important for a low cost range, allow to effectively use converters of this type as auxiliary sources of measuring information of specialized systems for monitoring and measuring parameters of gas environments . The developed functions do not require significant resources, which is why they can be integrated into any system. It should be noted that the proposed information-measuring channel can be used both independently and in the composition of automated control systems.
