Abstract
Оценка соответствия продуктов является универсальным инструментом, применяемым в странах Европейского Союза, целью которого является обеспечение безопасности пользователей этих продуктов. Она находит также применение в различного рода изделий не продовольственные товары измерительных приборов. В статье представлены правовые особенности реализации процедур оценки соответствия измерительных приборов в Польше, с особым учетом задач, реализуемых в этой области через уполномоченные органы администрации измерений
