REALIZATION OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS RECOMMENDATIONS IN THE FIELD OF CULTURAL HERITAGE PROTECTION IN UKRAINE: THE STATE-MANAGERIAL ASPECT

Abstract
This article analyzes the UNESCO activities in the field of cultural heritage protection. It’s direct operations was indicated, among of which the development and adoption of regulatory documents is dominating. Еhe essence of some recommendations was outlined and the methods of their execution in Ukraine was disclosed, including the legislative level. It was identified and illustrated the problems of recommendation’s implementation and suggested it’s solutions. The needing for further cooperation of Ukraine and UNESCO was updated.
