REALIZATION OF PRINCIPLE OF SUPREMACY OF RIGHT THROUGH THEPRISM OF THE ELECTRONIC RULE-MAKING: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article explains the crucial role of the electronic system of justice in the assertion of the rule of law in the legal system of the state. It is emphasized that a necessary condition for the rule of law in society is a public confidence to the courts. Author on the basis of the analysis of judicial practice of Ukraine establishes a formal appeal mainly domestic courts for the rule of law.
