Abstract
The article deals with the research of the principles Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine concerning the terms` prolongation of the private investigative (detective) procedures that are conducted on the basis of the decree of the іnvestigator, prosecutor.The problems of the legal regulation of the terms` prolongation of the conducting the private investigative (detective) procedures are analysed and proposals for their improvement are given.
