Realization of principles of the administrative rule-making during realization of legislative activity

Abstract
In the article a concept and signs of realization of principles of the administrative rule- making are investigated in Ukraine during realization of legislative activity. Position of author is argued in relation to the stages of realization of the adopted principles during realization of legislative activity. The forms of realization of principles of the administrative rule-making are determined during realization of legislative activity. Conclusions and recommendations are offered.
