REALIZATION OF SUCCESSFUL DISCRETIONAL AUTHORITIES IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of issues related with realization by investigator of discretionary powers in criminal proceedings. The author has considered the mechanism of their implementation and has determined the boundaries of the investigator’s discretion during procedural actions and decision-making in criminal proceedings.
