Realization of the intertext interaction by the epigraph (using English texts of various genres)

Abstract
The article deals with the epigraph as an intertextual element providing various types of intertext communication. The necessity of adoption sources studying for the purpose of objectifying the tradition of using the epigraph in English texts of various genres is determined.
