РЕЦЕНЗІЯ НА НАВЧАЛЬНИЙ ПОСІБНИК ДОКТОРА ЮРИДИЧНИХ НАУК РОМАНА СЕРГІЙОВИЧА МЕЛЬНИКА «ЗАГАЛЬНЕ АДМІНІСТРА- ТИВНЕ ПРАВО В ПИТАННЯХ І ВІДПОВІДЯХ»

Abstract
Динамічний розвиток адміністративного права як галузі, стрімке зростання обсягів адміністративного за- конодавства та кількості вчених-адміністративістів при- вело до гострих наукових дискусій стосовно основних, базових категорій адміністративного права. Ці дискусії не лише знайшли відображення на сторінках наукових видань і в проведенні науково-практичних конференцій, а й певним чином вплинули на Програму фахового вступ- ного випробування з адміністративного права, яке скла- дають під час вступу на навчання для здобуття ступеня магістра за спеціальністю 081 «Право». Як наслідок, у значній частині навчальної літератури з адміністративно- го права нині відсутня частина інформації, що є необхід- ною для підготовки до вступних іспитів, оскільки автори цих робіт не розділяють наукові позиції, що отримали перевагу під час розроблення згаданої програми.
