RECOGNITION, ENFORCEMENT AND FORWARDING OF JUDGMENTS AND PROBATION DECISIONS WITH A VIEW TO THE SUPERVISION OF PROBATION MEASURES AND ALTERNATIVE SANCTIONS

Abstract
This article discusses the European standards on the application of mutual recognition of judgments and probation decisions with a view to the supervision of probation measures and alternative sanctions. It aims at analyzing the rules and conditions for recognition, enforcement and forwarding of judgments and probation decisions with a view to the supervision of probation measures and alternative sanctions in Bulgarian legislation.
