RECOVERY OF ALVEOLAR-DENTAL GAPS OF THE PACIENTS WITH CLEFT LIP, MAXILLA AND PALATE – LITERARY REVIEW

Abstract
In this article we have analysed 110 medical scientific sources, in wich were described epidiomiology, ethiology and modern complex treatment methods of patients with cleft lip and palate (CLP). In this study we have noticed only 43 relevant sources. Result of this study demonstrate the efficiency of secondary surgical treatment of alveolar defect at the pacients with CLP, selection of donor zone for grafting, types of grafting used, timing of the secondary/late bone grafting, timing of implants placement after alveolar bone grafting, timing of prothetic work on implant. Thus, the medical recovery of the patient with CLP, including alveolar-dental gaps, needs a continous study and identification of new methods of treatment.
