Recovery of the telecommunications functioning in emergency situations

Abstract
In the article problems associated with the recovery of the network after the emergency are reviewed, the basic criteria for optimal recovery of telecommunication services are defined. The necessity of the development of the Plan of the telecommunication networks functioning recovery is substantiated. The basic principles, objectives and procedures provided by the Plan are defined. The basic requirements for enterprise policy in telecommunications are formulated. The order of interaction and coordination of the operations staff with other companies for implementing the Plan is determined. The stages of the Plan and tasks performed at each stage are described. The necessity of the Plan of the telecommunication networks functioning recovery for each telecommunications company is substantiated.
