Abstract
The knowledge of expertise subject or of technical scientific finding has a great importance both theoretically and practically. Not knowing the exact expertise subject or technical scientific finding make some criminal prosecution bodies and courts not to focus properly when ordering an expertise or a technical scientific finding. The expertise subject or technical scientific finding, being directly linked to that of the evidentiary matters, is the clarification of certain factual circumstances of the case that require specialized knowledge.
