Regional approach to providing economics with higher education professionals

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the article is to develop a model and method of planning the training of specialists with higher education, taking into account the regional factor. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, concretization, abstraction, the method of historical and logical research. Findings. The article proposes an approach to the definition of the needs and model of the planning of a state order for specialists with higher education in a regional section on the criterion of minimization of investments in the development of higher education and ensuring an adequate level of social services in the region. Practical value. Implementation of the proposed approach allows to maintain an adequate level of social services in the given region with an increase in the number of persons receiving higher education.
