REGIONAL BODIES OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT IN UKRAINE: PRESENT AND FUTURE IN THE PROCESS OF DECENTRALIZATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to disclosing the nature and content of such a legal cate- gory, which is one of the most important in the field of constitutional and municipal law as a “region”. Analyzed issues related to the legal nature of the regional local authorities, their tasks and functions. The attention is focused on the discovery of the concept of “regional local authority”, and the classification of these bodies.
