REGIONAL STUDIOS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE STUDY OF YOUTH LABOR MARKET

Abstract
The paper considers the scientific and methodological approaches to the development of mechanisms to ensure the transition to a new model of the labor market at the regional and international levels. Modern changes in the structure and quality of human resources have been studied. The analysis of the youth labor market and employment of the population as the greatest dynamic elements of a market economy is carried out. The mechanism of reforming the labor market is revealed, which is characterized by a high part of structural unemployment, that is, inconsistency with the levels of professional competencies of employees in the positions held and the needs of the market.
