Abstract
The article deals with the regional cooperation of the African states in the fight against epidemics and pandemics. Particular attention is paid to the international legal cooperation of the states in the fight against epidemics and pandemics within the framework of the Organization of African Unity and the African Union. The article describes the international legal instruments to combat Ebola in the African continent.
