РЕГІОНАЛЬНИЙ РОЗВИТОК УКРАЇНИ: ПРАВОВИЙ АСПЕКТ

Abstract
У статті аналіз законодавчого забезпечення державної підтримки проблемних регіонів України, що формуються в рамках центр-периферійних відносин, запропоновано проводити за такими напрямами: нормативно-правове забезпечення; часовий вимір; функції державного; організаційне забезпечення; інструментальне забезпечення; фінансове забезпечення; об’єкт управління. Згідно із запропонованим підходом у статті було досліджено еволюцію нормативно-правового забезпечення України у сфері регіонального розвитку за період 1991–2016 рр. Було виділено чотири етапи: І етап (1991–1999 рр.); ІІ етап (2000–2004 рр.); ІІІ етап (2005–2013 рр.); ІV етап (з 2014 р. по теперішній час), проведено їх аналіз.
