REGULARITIES OF DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Abstract
Modern transformations in the world, necessitate the study and use of new opportunities that change the dynamics and patterns of development of socio-economic systems. The purpose of the study is to deepen empirical and theoretical research and identify patterns of development of socio-economic systems. The article analyzes the regularities of development are established on the basis of indicators of the dynamics of the development of the global socio-economic system. It is theoretically justified that new economic qualitative regularities are based on the recognition of the unevenness of socioeconomic development that is caused by the invariance of models of economic development and methods for solving global and macroeconomic problems, depending on the state of the socio-economic system, the level of its development, institutional features and accumulated capital. The results of the study confirm the emergence of regularities of development at the global level in the process of accelerating or stimulating economic development under the influence of world financial crises.
