REGULARITY OF FORMATION PROCESSES BUSINESS ENVIRONMENTS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES UNDER CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY

Abstract
The basic regularities of development of innovative activity of enterprises in the conditions of dynamic changes of external environment are determined. The structural-functional model of the business environment of innovative development of enterprises is proposed, which ensures the harmonization of the relations between the agents of business and the state in conditions of uncertainty. Structural analysis of model elements and regularities of their interaction was conducted, which allowed to identify the main determinants of business environment formation of innovative development of enterprises.
