REGULATION OF SOCIAL RELATIONS: NORMATIVE AND INDIVIDUAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article gives an overview of the theories of regulation of social relations, depending on whether they differentiate between public and private actors, public and private institutions in terms of their significance for regulatory purposes. According to this criterion, a division is proposed on the theory of public interest, the theory of private interest, and the institutional theory. Contemporary concepts of legal regulation rightly emphasiz role of non-state institutions. In this case, different means of legal influence can be used – normative and individual.
