Regulatory and legal content of the "information and communication providing of access to justice" concept

Abstract
In the article on the basis of the author's proposed algorithm for determining the content of the legal concept on the basis of the method of normative content of the analysis, the concept of «information and communication providing of access to justice» in the normative and legal sources was investigated. It is proved that due to the lack of application of the relevant term, the elemental approach is relevant, taking into account the perspective direction of further research of the concept.
