The role of corporate culture in knowledge management

Abstract
This paper highlights the importance of organizational and cultural contexts in the effectiveness of the knowledge management program. Theoretical bases and elements of corporate culture are considered. The essence and necessary characteristics of the organizational culture are determined to ensure successful implementation of the knowledge management program.
