REGULATORY AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR ENSURING THE SOLVENCY AND ECONOMIC SECURITY OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article the regulatory and legal grounds and the objective prerequisites for the regulation of solvency of enterprises at micro and macro levels are considered. It is proved that in order to minimize the negative effects of the influence of external factors and to identify the risks of bankruptcy, a number of legal acts that can regulate solvency management of enterprises are applied. The main legislative acts are analyzed and recommendations on solvency regulation of enterprises are given. It was established that the normative acts do not contain specific methods of carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the financial situation and economic security of enterprises, which necessitates the development of criteria for assessing the solvency and economic security of the enterprise in terms of the types of activities of the enterprise and sectors of the national economy.
