REGULATORY CONSIDERATIONS FOR THE LABOR OF MIGRANT WORKERS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article establishes that in connection with the implementation of economic activities by business entities, including business entities with foreign investments, there is a need to involve foreign specialists in performing labor functions. Article 26 of the Constitution of Ukraine notes that foreigners and stateless persons, who are legally in Ukraine, enjoy the same rights and freedoms and bear the same duties as citizens of Ukraine, except those, which were established by the Constitution, laws or international treaties of Ukraine. However, the performance of labor functions by foreigners is possible only if there are special permits issued by the territorial bodies of the central executive authority implementing the state policy in the sphere of population employment and labor migration. Due to that, the issue of employment peculiarities of foreigners in the territory of Ukraine has been studied, regulatory legal acts have been analyzed on the basis of which migrant workers are employed in Ukraine, a list of documents necessary for obtaining permits has been determined.
