REGULATORY COOPERATION OF NAFTA COUNTRIES ON LABOR MIGRATION

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the main features of the elaboration of the migration policy of the United States, Canada and Mexico under the NAFTA integration. The regulatory legal acts and institutions responsible for regulation of migration processes in the countries are observed. High attention is paid to labor migration and it’s peculiarities. Taking into account that these countries are on different levels of economic development, attitude to the regulatory policy is also different. The article also examines migration policy applied in relation to migrants from the member countries of NAFTA integration and migrants from the other countries of the world.
