Regulatory function of law in the legal systems of the Anglo-American legal family

Abstract
The article explores the specifics of the development and legal consolidation of the regulatory function of law within the legal systems of the AngloAmerican legal family. The role of the regulatory function in shaping the norms of procedural law and substantive law, and the exercise of state power in order to ensure democratic principles and human values are determined.
