REGULATORY INFLUENCE OF THE NBU AS A CRISIS FACTOR

Abstract
The article is aimed at bringing to the scientific community the results of the research of the quality of the regulatory influence of the National Bank of Ukraine. The influence of the regulator of the banking market is assessed as one, which in itself is included in the list of available crisis factors for banking institutions, which significantly influences their work. In the field of regulation, there is a lack of constancy of existing requirements, the possibility of double treatment of requirements and selective influence, insufficient clarity of a number of requirements, and insufficient control of their implementation. The article systematizes the requirements for the internal regulatory field of Ukrainian banks, which can be used both by researchers and practitioners working in banking institutions.
