Abstract
The article deals with the issues of regulation in the sphere of labor and employment in the Mangistau region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And also analyzed the statistical data on the main indicators of the labor market in the republic. And proposals are made to improve the regional policy on regulation in the labor market in the near future.
