Abstract

Bicortical implants are a breakthrough in the field of implantology. These were used conventionally in orthopedics and are beneficial in the field of implantology .Immediate prosthetic rehabilitationmeet the demands of patients as well as clinician. These are advantageous in cases were crestal bone loss has occurred.
